The Department of Sport and Recreation's Perth Rectangular (NIB) Stadium Stage 1 Redevelopment. This was undertaken with BGC Construction as the Builders, Arup as the Engineers & Cox as the Architects. It includes an uncovered Southern stand, a covered Eastern grandstand, a series of barbecue pods and open corporate boxes. The venue has a capacity of over 20,000.
The Rapid member responsible for detailing this project was included in a WA Steel Excellence award.
